Enquiries and quotations
A website form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an order. Price, specification, minimum quantity, lead time and delivery are confirmed in a written quotation. An order exists only when both sides agree.
Custom and printed boxes
These are made to your specification. Please check sizes and artwork carefully before approving.
Payment
- Payment by draft, cheque or bank transfer as agreed in the quotation.
- Interest at 24% per annum is chargeable if a bill is not paid within 45 days.
- Bank details are shared with the quotation or invoice.
Goods sold
Goods once sold will not be taken back, except as agreed with us in writing. See Returns, refunds and cancellation.
Responsibility in transit
Our responsibility ceases after delivery to the motor lorry or vehicle. See Shipping for inspection on delivery.
GST
Supplies are invoiced with GST under GSTIN 06IGVPK9136C1ZX.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram courts.
