Timing and charges
Delivery time and transport charges depend on quantity, size, printing and location. They are confirmed in the quotation before you order.
Working hours
We work 24 hours in shifts. Call or WhatsApp before visiting or arranging pickup.
On delivery
- Check the number of packages and their condition.
- Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt.
- Tell us the same day by phone or WhatsApp.
Responsibility
Our responsibility ceases after delivery to the motor lorry or vehicle. See Terms.
Pickup
You can arrange your own vehicle for pickup from Basai after agreeing a time with us.
