A mailer box is a tuck-in box that folds from a single piece and closes without extra tape, giving a neat unboxing experience. Made from fine-flute (E-flute) corrugated board, it is light but sturdy and works well for online stores, subscription boxes and apparel or accessory shipments.
Choose a size that fits your product snugly and tell us if you want a logo or print. We confirm size, board, print and lead time in a written quotation.
How to choose
- Choose a mailer for apparel, accessories, small electronics, cosmetics and gift-style orders.
- Choose a shipping box (5 ply) instead for heavier or fragile goods.
- If you ship by courier, put a mailer inside an outer pack or courier bag when extra protection is needed.
Packing tips
- Pick a size where the product does not slide; add tissue or a paper insert for a premium feel.
